Hotfix Patch Notes [Version 74]

New Additions
Holding down a potion key will now automatically use the potions at the delay speed. Macros are no longer needed or permitted. You can enable this functionality by turning on the setting in your launcher.
Added another launcher setting related to Holding a key to pot. This one controls an initial delay between first keypress and holding down the key. This way you can have both behaviors without every button press hitting 2 or 3 potions. We recommend 300ms but it's fully configurable to your preferences.
Since related to above:
HP Pot delay reduced to 14/second
MP Pot delay reduced to 10/second
Remaining AI maps were added - monsters/items should no longer spawn in buildings / out of bounds areas across the entire game.
Changes
Uruk-Hai's in Hershal Cave no longer have a stun.
Warning message was added to Metathorite UI to let players know the items destroyed.
Vendor cosmetics are all 0 weight.
Bug Fixes
Halloween portals no longer have a level 99 requirement, all of the 99s were changed to 100.
Halloween portals can no longer spawn in Siros Underground 3/4 due to level restrictions.
Changed up how buff expirations work - should stop the endless debuff stuff people were experiencing.
Strength Candies now take 1 weight just like the others.
